I currently provide individual counseling for adolescents and adult clients. I am familiar with helping clients work on a wide variety of issues. While I would say that I mostly specialize in anxiety disorders and depression, I have worked with clients on issues such as: trauma, relationship conflicts, grief/loss, motherhood/fertility issues and more.
I have been fortunate enough to work with a diverse group of clients. As a result, I have been able to learn about many different age groups, cultures and lifestyles. I am very open-minded and you will experience this genuine acceptance and support as we work together.
