I focus on adults experiencing: Trauma/PTSD, life transitions; mood disorders; relationship difficulties; and challenges with body and self-image. I welcome individuals with diverse racial, cultural, class and gender identities. Psychedelic prep/harm reduction and post-trip integration offered. No referrals offered to guides or retreats.
I work creatively with clients to design a healing process that works. I encourage clients to reflect honestly, noting what's more and less helpful. My style is active, down-to-earth, and intuitive. I integrate a variety of theoretical frameworks, tailoring the process to your needs.
