I believe counseling can help everyone, whether you are struggling with something specific like depression, anxiety, or grief, or simply wanting to live a healthier life. It is my deepest honor to work and walk with my clients on their journey, especially in times of great need. I use many different techniques, each specific to the individual I am working with. I meet you where you are emotionally and help to get you where you want to be.
I returned to the Durango area in 2013. Before that I lived and worked in the Denver area. I have provided counseling services in many different venues with a variety of different clients. I have worked with individuals between early teens to late 70s. I have attended many trainings, including being trained in EMDR.
