I love to connect with people during transitions in their lives. As a queer, trans, and polyamorous therapist I came to this work in response to my own experience of having a transformative therapist who shared my identities. If you are looking for a comrade during your life transitions- gender, sexuality, or any other transition- we might be a good fit. I would love to walk alongside you, challenge you, and support you during this time for yourself and your partnerships.

My approach to therapy focuses on self-acceptance and discovering your authenticity. I imbue my work with humor and connection and draw from humanistic therapy to guide our sessions. Therapy with me is not "one size fits all" therefore you are just as important to the work as the therapy itself. I will help you to step into your authentic self.

Sessions are unique and tailored to the individual need of my client/s. Expect to work collaboratively with me to set your therapeutic goals. Whether you are looking to navigate some of your life's transitions, or would like to work through communication and conflict with your partner/s, I would love to connect.
