I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families and specialize in helping those facing challenges with addiction, as well as supporting the LGBT+ community and addressing body dysmorphia, gender dysphoria and euphoria, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and neurodivergence. I also embrace polyamory, non-monogamy, and open relationships, and provide care for individuals on the schizophrenia spectrum, those struggling with gender identity issues, chronic illness and pain, autoimmune disorders, grief, and loss. My focus areas are diverse and include policy advocacy for neurodivergent folkx and gender-affirmative care.
I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches, including person-centered therapy, CBT, ACT, humanistic methods, positive psychology, culturally responsive and affirming practices, autistic and neurodivergent-affirming therapy, play therapy, trauma-informed care, feminist therapy, as well as the Gottman Method and motivational interviewing for addiction.
With lived experiences that include being part of the LGBT+ community, a cisgender, first-generation Italian American, and neurodivergent, I also bring valuable cultural insights as an ally to various communities: Middle Eastern, Latina/Latine, African American/Black, and immigrants.
