One of my specialties lies in helping people to access lost or forgotten parts of themselves by using Internal Systems Therapy and Expressive Arts Therapies. Sometimes words are not sufficient to liberate core truths. I am trained in both EMDR and Lifespan Integration to help clients resolve symptoms of trauma.
