Hi, I'm Emily! I am a provisionally licensed Mental Health Counselor passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate the ups and downs of life. I have earned my Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University, in addition to a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Binghamton University. I have experience working with a wide variety of clients and am also dedicated to being a resource for active and retired military personnel, first responders and their families.
I understand that there is no “one size fits all” model when it comes to mental health. I utilize a collaboration of approaches including Person-Centered, Adlerian Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Strengths Based and Solution Focused Therapy.
My ability to integrate different modalities allows me to provide treatment that is tailored to the needs of each client. With compassion, warmth, and humor, I strive to provide a judgment free environment where positive change can be made.
