My name is Emily Prather, as a mental health therapist, a value that I practice with all of my clients is that every individual, from child to adult, deserves an opportunity to feel heard and respected in therapy. I promote an environment of processing and healing through building therapeutic rapport and genuine safety for clients. I work with children, adolescents, and adults with a range of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) with varying family systems and narratives.
