Hi there, I'm Emily Poulos! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I believe that all clients have the power to make changes in their life within them. As a therapist, my job is to just come alongside the client to support in that change and transformation. Within my time as a therapist, I’ve worked with people of all ages and backgrounds. From my time in the school system working with children aged 5-18 years old, to my time in private practice with individuals aged 5-85 years old, as well as my time working with military service members and veterans.
Working on a telehealth platform I prefer to work with adults. I have the most experience working with clients dealing with the following issues: anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, women's issues, relationship distress, panic/ panic attacks, adjustment, stress, eating disorders, and many others.
