Many people I work with are navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, chronic illness, perfectionism, or neurodivergence, and these experiences can add effort to daily life. It can be hard to feel present when you’re trying to understand yourself while managing so much internally. If you’re longing for peace, grounding, or a deeper connection to yourself, you don’t have to navigate that alone. I’m here to walk with you.

Together, we’ll explore the internal and external pressures that keep you feeling stuck and build clarity around what you are carrying. My approach to therapy is focused on the mind‑body connection. I am trained in Brainspotting, which helps you reconnect with yourself, access deeper healing, and move out of your head and into your lived experience.
