My goal as a therapist is to help clients understand their big emotions and teach coping skills to help face daily struggles in a safe, nurturing, therapeutic space. Building a trusting, working relationship is a top priority in order to create a change.
I offer a multi-dimensional, holistic, person-centered approach to assist my clients in meeting their goals. I am passionate about helping women with trauma, infertility, miscarriages, loss, pregnancy, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, and/or adjusting to motherhood. I also have experience with children ages 4 to 18 years old having behavioral problems.
