We spend a lot of time running from our pain, drowning it out with work, relationships, screens, alcohol, and other distractions. When we stop running and turn toward what hurts, something shifts. We become more present—not only to our struggles, but to our needs, patterns, and the parts of ourselves that are asking to be seen.
Therapy offers a space to do this with curiosity rather than judgment. Healing doesn’t mean we never hurt; it means learning that we can stay present with ourselves when we do.
I work with children, adolescents, and families, while also providing individual therapy to adults. My approach is strengths-based and solution-focused, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and IFS. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful change.
I believe in the inherent worth and dignity of every person and welcome clients from all walks of life. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and approach my work through a feminist, social justice lens, with particular sensitivity to queer and marginalized communities. I am committed to body liberation and challenging stigma and oppression directed at all bodies.
