I am a licensed mental health counselor who takes a validating and collaborative approach to help address these challenges.
I have experience in treating mood disorders, anxiety, relational issues, and major life adjustments in a variety of settings including outpatient, home based, and educational.
I source the majority of my treatment from evidence-based frameworks including CBT, DBT, and ACT therapy while always prioritizing the therapeutic relationship as the foundation to any meaningful work.
