I see therapy as a journey we take together to get you to a more comfortable place. The journey may be uncomfortable, funny, sad, awkward, and sometimes, even a little weird. I want to commit my space to be open and honest to allow for all those feelings and more. Everyone struggles and, as a therapist, I want clients to have a safe space to share without judgement but hope to find internal growth. I enjoy working with teens and young adults needing help overcoming trauma. I welcome everyone and hold a special place in my heart for the LGBTQIA+ community! I want to help those that need help, those specifics are irrelevant to me.
I would like to say that I have a special skill of making people feel accepted and heard. I live my life to always try to accept people as they are and where they are in life. Every journey has a starting point and I do not want someone to feel the need to change for anyone but themselves. I want to offer help to make that journey better, in any way I can.
