My approach, grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR, specifically IFS-Informed EMDR, focuses on supporting individuals and families to find clarity, direction, and effective solutions while reducing stress. Though starting therapy can feel intimidating, I strive to create a comfortable and supportive environment, with a strong therapeutic alliance as my priority.

I specialize in treating all types of trauma using IFS-Informed EMDR, which is recognized as the most effective approach for trauma and related disorders. I am Level 1 + Level 2 Trained in Internal Family Systems with the IFS Institute.

Adolescent Empowerment/Peer Groups

2 Sections depending on female-identifying and male-identifying: Adolescents aged 10-12 years old. This is a small group (6-8 spots) of male-identifying kiddos who are interested in meeting in a safe space to discuss emotions, learn about coping strategies and mindfulness to reduce worries, and receive support from peers, towards the goals of building confidence, self-efficacy, while reducing symptoms of depression/anxiety.
