About
Welcome! I am a licensed clinical psychologist based in Santa Barbara, California. I see clients in person or via video calls. In therapy, my goal is to support you to live more fully by identifying existing patterns, finding new ways to relate to yourself, others, and your environment, and learning new ways to approach your emotions. I have training in multiple evidence-based approaches and experience treating diverse concerns that teens and adults experience. I work collaboratively, and will often utilize experiential exercises, including mindfulness and guided visualizations in therapy.
I take an integrative approach, applying my training in practices of acceptance and mindfulness to help you to take concrete steps to reach your goals. My clients report increased compassion for themselves and others, and the ability to respond to their emotions more effectively.
I am offering free 15-minute phone consultations to begin creating a treatment plan and to see if I am the right fit for you. I will listen carefully to support you in starting the process of therapy. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. I look forward to hearing from you.
