As a therapist, I enjoy working with individuals who are seeking change in their life, whether that comes through change of circumstance or change of mindset. I understand that change and growth can often be uncomfortable, but necessary. By working with me, you can expect a safe and compassionate place to explore current and past difficulties, process emotions, and work towards wellbeing. I enjoy working with adults who are seeking support in navigating life transitions, processing trauma, managing anxiety, and those working through self-esteem or sex and intimacy concerns.
I'm happy to offer talk counseling or art therapy, depending on your needs and interest. Art therapy can be especially useful for those who may be struggling to verbally process their experiences. I take a strengths-based, person-centered approach and have trainings in trauma-informed approaches, sex-positive therapy, and ADHD support.
If you're looking for a compassionate setting to work through trauma, achieve daily wellbeing, or discover your potential, please reach out. I believe everyone has the capacity to heal, change, and thrive. Feel free to email to learn more about my approach and how we can work together to realize your wellbeing goals, or call to schedule an appointment.
