I work with brave, curious creative people who are interested in doing the hard work of self-development and self-healing. I am a ICF certified coach, a licensed bodyworker and a Certified Hakomi Practioner. I have over 10 years experience helping clients heal, grow and create lives with more ease, resilience and joy. In my work I use Somatic Experiencing (a body-based trauma resolution modality) and Hakomi, a mindfulness-based somatic therapy that works to create change through working with habits or patterns that are below conscious awareness.
