I am a licensed therapist and have experience working with children, teens, their families, and adults around trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship and communication issues, ADHD management, and other life stressors. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), and incorporate other modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Practices, Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, and more.
I am open to working with all ages and am always continuing my education to expand my knowledge and expertise. I like to get creative through playing games, doing arts and crafts, using visual aids, and other therapeutic activities to help children, teens, and even adults to understand concepts and make therapy engaging.
I believe therapy can be a productive time to address issues but also a time to feel relaxed and have a safe space to open up. As a member of Wedgwood Christian Services Counseling Team, I am committed to understanding and walking with you.
