Groups
DBT-based virtual therapy group
This group will be lead by Alyssa Mitchem, MSW LCSW and focus on building skill and resiliency using a DBT (dialectical behavior therapy) framework. I will be a co-leader of the group under her supervision. We will explore mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. The format is virtual. Cost is $250 for six sessions.
