Hi, I’m Emily Nguyen, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity-related concerns. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals within the LGBTQ+ community, first responders, as well as those working through trauma and self-esteem challenges. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where you can feel understood and supported.

I offer collaborative, compassionate therapy tailored to your needs. I use CBT, EMDR, and trauma-informed care to help clients build coping skills, process emotions, and feel more grounded in their daily lives. My approach focuses on creating meaningful, lasting change.
