About
*Currently available for weekday telehealth.* Hello! It's a brave thing to seek therapy, so if you're reading this I want to encourage you that you've already taken your first step toward making things better. That's what I believe therapy should be- helping people figure out how to thrive, not just survive. While it is wonderfully valuable to look back at family themes and relationship patterns, I can help you to use that knowledge from looking back to create a better path forward.
As a licensed Marriage and Family therapist, I have been trained to work with individuals, couples, and families, all ages, and any configuration. I am well experienced in working with a wide variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, family conflict, and other stressors. My area of focus is trauma.
My office is comfortable and welcoming, and I try to create sessions that feel the same way. I feel honored that my clients choose to share their lives with me, and take great pride in being able to help people feel a little better each day!
