I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who specializes in working with first responders and public safety professionals. I believe that healing is possible, practical, and accessible. I am trained in trauma-focused therapy and utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help individuals process critical incidents, cumulative stress, and trauma.
In addition to my clinical background, I am a Certified Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist and strongly believe in holistic care. I emphasize the connection between mind and body and work with clients to build sustainable routines that support performance and recovery, including nutrition, sleep, movement, and stress regulation.
