Welcome! Taking the first step towards healing is scary. I believe effective therapy starts with a connection between the counselor and client. I offer virtual sessions and I strive to create a safe place to face even the tallest of mountains.
I accept clients with diversified concerns and life challenges, and have a passion for working with anxiety, OCD, and career related concerns. I utilize talk therapy and action-based approaches that balance all aspects of self when walking on the journey of growth. I have experience working with children, adolescents, teenagers, college students, families, and adults.
Please call or email if you have any questions regarding insurance or scheduling. Our team is happy to answer any concerns or questions regarding the counseling process.
I encourage you to reach out if you believe we would be a good fit. I can be reached via email and phone. I am happy to work with you to provide a seamless, safe, and positive counseling process.
