As a strength-based therapist I believe mindfulness is the best approach to life's challenges. I help to empower clients seeking to move forward and to achieve their wellness goals. I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults who are experiencing challenges with academics, parenting, family dynamics, transitions, and regulatory and behavioral issues. My goal is to help clients confront their problems in a way that results in practical, long-term solutions. I am uniquely skilled with working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
My experience includes group therapy and program development for special needs advocacy. As a Certified Autism Specialist, I have extensive background working with both children and adults on the autism spectrum. I am also a certified ADHD specialist, specifically focusing on on school behaviors and executive functioning.
I have office hours that are flexible to meet your busy schedule; I offer evening and weekend appointments both in person and using telehealth services.
