I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor in the state of Colorado. I received my Master's degree in Forensic Psychology from the University of Denver in 2017. After completing my Master’s Degree, I spent almost six years working with criminal justice-involved clients, from substance abuse to domestic violence offenders. While I learned a lot doing that work, and it was extremely fulfilling to serve victims and offenders, I decided to pursue working for myself within the private practice setting.
I strongly believe in the connection between physical health and mental health, and I do my best to focus on both aspects with the clients I see. I feel fortunate to hear and share in others' stories and be part of their journey to wellness.
The first session is intended to get to know one another, discuss expectations for the therapeutic process, define treatment plan goals, and ensure we are a good match to work together.
