I’m a licensed therapist (MA, NH, FL) specializing in helping children, adolescents and young adults who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, school stress, self-esteem challenges or major life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel safe exploring their feelings and gaining tools to manage them with confidence.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to help clients understand patterns that may be impacting their mood, behavior and relationships. Together, we focus on building practical coping skills, improving communication and making meaningful changes that support growth and balance in daily life.
