Winter 2025 - - - Currently accepting NEW clients for couples therapy and co-parenting therapy. - - - With over 18 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals and families navigate the messy and overwhelming struggles that come up through relationship conflict and life transitions. It is in adversity, whether personal loss, trauma, or relationship struggles, that I believe we have the greatest opportunity to find out who we truly are, what we really believe and the type of people we eventually want to become.

I work with adults individually, couples, and families, often while they are making transitions in life. I have specialized training in providing court-involved therapy and parenting services for single parents, married couples or separated/divorced co-parents.

I aim to provide an environment that is both supportive and challenging – where my clients feel known and understood, while still feeling pushed to find new ways of viewing problems and healthier ways of coping.
