My therapeutic approach is eclectic and humanistic, drawing from ACT, CBT, internal family systems, attachment-based, narrative, solution-focused, strengths-based, transpersonal therapy, and bibliotherapy. I also incorporate motivational interviewing and behavioral activation. While I’m available for long-term support, my aim is typically short-term care, especially with youth. I'm formally trained in Trauma-Focused CBT for survivors of abuse and maltreatment. My practice is affirmative, feminist, and grounded in cultural competence and humility.
I’m a Certified Social Worker, supervised by Amy Bingham, LCMHC, EdD, and Uma Dorn, PhD. I hold a Psychology BA focused on child & youth care from University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, and a trauma-focused MSW from University of Denver. I’m accepting new clients, with evening and weekend availability. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to explore fit.
