My goal is to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment to help individuals share their stories and discover their true potential.Through a combination of evidence-based practice and a strengths-based and client-centered approach, I offer individual counseling services in a variety of areas, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, health and nutrition, trauma and more.
