In order to meet your individual needs, I utilize an eclectic approach tailored to your particular life circumstances. Some of the approaches that I focus on include: Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Systems Theory.
I work with adults and teens who are struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, irritability/anger, mood disorders, and problems with interpersonal relationships. If any of these problems are interfering with your life or that of someone you know, then I would like to help.
