About
Are you considering making a change or something more effective? Online tele-therapy or in-person are convenient ways to navigate your emotional and mental health needs. I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in anxiety, depression, transitions, PTSD/trauma, grief/loss and substance abuse. I have worked with diverse populations and multi-cultural backgrounds. I currently hold licenses to practice in California, Nevada and Utah.
I have been trained in CBT, CPT, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR. My style is compassionate, non-judgmental, down-to-earth, flexible and organized. My approach is to meet you where you are at in the present moment and time. This approach helps me understand where you want to start and constructing goals in therapy.
Making a change is hard, even if it's a positive one. I am here to listen without judgement and honor the efforts you are making to choose another way to handle/improve/adjust you or your life.
