I integrate person-centered, emotion-focused and trauma-informed techniques to help clients process the past and the present. I also integrate Positive Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help client make positive changes in their lives and their relationships.
Reaching out for help is the hardest part. From there, I hope to curate a space where you feel comfortable to be your truest self and express ideas that you have not gotten to share with the world.
