I specialize in working with folks in the LGBTQIA2S+ community, those living with chronic illnesses, trauma, anxiety, depression and navigating change. I am glad to walk this journey beside you. I employ trauma-focused and psychodynamic theories to help you move through your emotional discomfort towards healing and change.
