Having a space to process the pain without judgment is essential for healing.
My therapeutic approach is based on the client’s needs and therapeutic goals. I am passionate about empowering the client, incorporating mindfulness, and working with anxiety, body image/self-image, life transitions, shame, and relational difficulties.

Secure Attachments Adolescent Mental Health Group
Building Secure Attachments with ourselves and others: An Adolescent Mental Health Group. A Group for teens ages 14-18 to learn about mental health and relationships in a safe space with others their age. This group will take place over the summer starting on June 13th.
