I work with children, adolescents, and adults who may be struggling with big emotions, anxiety, self-esteem, difficult behaviors, trauma, grief, or life changes. I have a special interest in young children ages 6 and under and the families supporting them.
My goal is to create a supportive space where children feel heard and understood, and parents feel more confident in helping their child grow.
I help children work through big feelings, anxiety, aggression, challenging behaviors, trauma, self-esteem, and difficult life changes.
I also offer parent support and guidance for caregivers who want to better understand their child’s behavior and feel more confident responding to their needs.
Parenting can feel overwhelming, especially when your child is struggling and you’re not sure what they need or how to help. You don’t have to have all the answers. Therapy can provide a supportive space for both you and your child to feel heard, understood, and supported.
