I’m drawn to the deeply human process of healing and in the stories we carry. What moves me most is witnessing people transform when they feel safe enough to share their experiences, reconnect with their inner strength, and gain clarity. I support clients in overcoming challenges, regaining agency, resilience, and self-understanding.
I support people navigating trauma, anxiety, domestic abuse, parenting issues and life transitions. I have a particular focus on trauma from domestic abuse and helping clients navigate the challenges of parenting, offering an affirming, inclusive space that meets each client where they are.
My style is warm, empathetic, attuned, and thoughtfully candid - meaning, I will share my observations directly but with care and sensitivity.
