I believe in treating others with kindness and compassion. I work to collaborate, support and guide you within your current experiences by utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques to meet you where you are in the moment. I enjoy incorporating humor into sessions and believe in the power of nurturing relationships. I like to use a variety of interventions in my work because I don't believe "one size fits all." I work through a "health at every size" lens. I have a particular interest in working through body image issues, chronic illness/pain, and supporting people through grief and loss.
I enjoy working with teens (14+) through older adults, both in individual therapy and couples counseling. My areas of focus include:

body image & self-esteem
managing stress
worrying about the future or feeling stuck in the past
feeling worried or down
having trouble with resentment or irritability
having difficulty in relationships.
