I’m a Cincinnati therapist specializing in postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, fertility challenges, and anxiety in motherhood. I use evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing to help women feel less overwhelmed and more like themselves again. Many of the women I work with are navigating major life transitions—pregnancy, postpartum, fertility treatment, or the pressures of motherhood.

Even when life looks “good” from the outside, you may feel stuck in racing thoughts, intrusive worries, irritability, or emotional exhaustion. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin moving forward with more clarity and support.
