My specialties include working with depression, anxiety, women’s issues, grief, and transitional experiences among tweens - adults. I also have quite a bit of exposure working with couples counseling. I do have training in several evidenced-based techniques such as CBT and SFBT. But above all, I emphasize the individuality and uniqueness of every situation.
