My clients are aware that something is not working and are motivated for change, even if they're not sure where exactly that change starts. My clients deeply understand the systemic stressors that make their lives more difficult, and come to me looking for support as they navigate challenges and imagine their futures.

I specialize in relational, trauma-focused therapy, LGBTQIA+ mental health, and Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). I use a blend of talk therapy and drama therapy to help people get in their bodies, play with things that feel stuck, and gain a fuller understanding of how their past shows up in their present.
