Hi, I’m Emily! I am a passionate therapist who loves going on personal and fulfilling journeys with clients. Life can be full of challenges and it’s my goal to help you navigate those challenges with dignity as a trusted guide. I use a tailored approach for each individual to best serve you. I’ve developed a passion for working with LGBTQ+ clients; clients experiencing depression, anxiety, and trauma-related issues; and young adults. I have lived experience with mental health issues and use this to provide in-depth care from a place of understanding.
I specialize in CBT, ACT, person-centered therapy, and eclectic therapy. I'm looking forward to becoming certified as a sex therapist in 2027.
