There are so many misconceptions about the perinatal experience, and that may have you navigating anxiety, depression, shame, guilt, and relationship stress. You deserve a safe space to process all the thoughts and feelings that surface during this time.
I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health provider and specialize in perinatal mood disorders, especially related to anxiety. I utilize techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Based Interventions, Somatic Experiencing, and others based in values, strengths, and empathy. My goal is to support you in living your most aligned self.
