As the owner of Peak Performance Counseling, I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to mental well-being, whether they are athletes aiming to enhance their performance or individuals facing everyday challenges. As a Certified Sports Psychology Coach (CSPC), I work with athletes and teams of all levels to strengthen confidence, manage pressure, and perform at their best.
