Hi, I’m Emily! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s ups and downs with compassion and clarity. I work with people of all ages from kids, teens, adults to also Swifities who are managing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or adjusting to major life transitions. My goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. I am a very down to earth counselor who is ready to meet you where you are at and work to embrace your authentic, awesome self using evidence based knowledge and an abundance of training and continual research.
I’m a chill therapist offering real conversations, evidence-based care, and zero judgment. Using CBT, DBT, SSP, Brainspotting, and EMDR, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move toward healing, balance, and feeling like yourself again both authentically and unapologetically.
