I'm here to help. With eight years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve worked in wilderness therapy, residential treatment, and outpatient settings, guiding individuals and couples through life’s challenges.
I have four years of experience in wilderness therapy, including work with both adolescents and adults. I’ve also worked briefly on an adult inpatient psychiatric unit and spent over a year in a residential program for young adults. Now I work with teens, adults, and couples, offering a nonjudgmental space where insight, growth, and healing can unfold.
My approach is warm, inviting, and deeply rooted in the belief that our past experiences shape how we navigate present challenges. I take a Psychodynamic and attachment-based approach to help my clients explore relational patterns that influence their emotions, behaviors, and connections with others.
