As a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), and Certified Grief-Informed Professional (CGP), I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, families, and children through a variety of challenges, including grief and loss, depression, anxiety, self-esteem struggles, PTSD and trauma, attachment injuries, and infidelity.
As a Certified Trauma Professional and Certified Grief-Informed Professional, I incorporate evidence-based, trauma-informed, and grief-informed approaches to help clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and foster lasting healing at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Using a strengths-based, collaborative approach, we'll build on your unique strengths to foster healing and growth.
