About
Sometimes life is just overwhelming and hard. Whether you're experiencing a major life change or feel stuck where you are, therapy is an opportunity to increase your capacity to grow, change, and experience healing. I will work alongside you to find ways to cope with difficulty and experience greater life fulfillment.
I work with teens, adults, and couples on a range of issues. I've worked extensively with depression, anxiety, relational conflict, trauma, womens' issues, life transitions, and grief and loss. For some people, faith is an important aspect of their lives, and can be incorporated into counseling if desired.
I'm warm, compassionate, and down to earth. I'm passionate about my work, and value honest and supportive relationships with my clients.I value wholistic health and view it as crucial in maintaining one's resiliency, well-being and sense of hope in the world.
