I'm a person-centered LPC-Associate, supervised by Hannah Grossman, LPC-S. I provide support for individual adults, teens ages 14+, couples, and families. Those seeking support are invited to explore their experiences at their own pace, highlight existing strengths and resources, practice new skills, and experience meaningful healing. Throughout the counseling process, I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, family systems and contextual therapy, mindfulness and somatic awareness, and expressive arts to support the unique needs and goals of my clients.
I provide a supportive space for those navigating anxiety, depression, adjustment and life transitions, identity and relationship issues, and challenges in family systems. My areas of specialization include grief and bereavement, processing chronic illness, expressive arts in counseling, and addressing family-of-origin issues.
I view the therapeutic relationship as the most important aspect of the counseling process. I support my clients in sharing their experiences freely, and maintain unconditional positive regard, authenticity, genuineness, and deep empathy for the courage it takes to seek support.
