I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from approaches like CBT, mindfulness, attachment theories, play therapy, family systems, client-centered, psychodynamic, art therapy, solution-focused, and trauma-focused CBT to support your goals and growth.
I currently offer in person and virtual sessions and have experience working with individuals of various gender identities and ages. I specialize working with children, teens, and adults with concerns relating to depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, and family conflict.
